Founded by Fintan and Michelle in 2001, Gourmet Tart Co. has grown from a humble market stall into an established local producer with 6 shops throughout Galway City.
We are a family business with extended members of 70 full-time baristas, chefs, bakers, patissiers, and producers. All of us work together to continue expanding our range of sweet and savoury products.
Our local expansion reflects a desire to continue producing within our own bakery under the care of Fintan while Michelle works alongside our sales team.

Handmade by Us
We don’t just fill boxes… all our food items are handmade in our Galway bakery.
All of the jams and preserves and cookies are made by us.
We make the chocolates and snowballs and panforte.
The meringues and mince pies and Christmas cakes? We make them too.
From the sweet treats to the savoury staples, lunchtime favourites to our take-home meals… we make them all ourselves.
